Our unique Vineyard Ridge Gathering Place enhances our sense of community and pride in our neighborhood. Feel free to sit and chat with neighbors or reserve this area for a special event. The Gathering Place has a pergola with lighting, stainless steel grill, outdoor seating, and a gas fire pit. Beginning in May and throughout the summer and early fall we have monthly gatherings. 

 

As you walk around The Vineyard Ridge, you will see welcoming porches with front doors in different colors and styles. Each of our twenty five buildings has two ranch townhomes with finished walkout lower levels. Front porches, covered verandas and patios allow us to enjoy the outdoors. Inside we have open floor plans with a variety of options.
